Famous Pop Art Gallery orders may be dispatched from either one of the London and Cheshire depots. The Cheshire depot services are managed by Cheshire Pop Art Limited, a partner company of Famous Pop Art Gallery UK&I Limited.
We share necessary customer delivery information with Cheshire Pop Art Limited solely for the purposes of fulfilling customer orders. We do not share your information with any other company or third party.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email but we do not share your information with any other company or third party.

How long we retain your data

If a user creates an account, the information provided is retained for as long as the account remains active. When a user closes an account, we securely dispose of all data within 30 days.

When a customer opts out of additional newsletter and email content, we retain the mandatory and optional customer information solely for as long is necessary to complete transaction and service the order. Once 14 days have lapsed since the transaction has completed, the information is securely disposed of.

Our affiliated merchants will retain payment information provided for the purposes of the transaction for a further 14 days, to enable refunds where appropriate.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
